DAY 20: THE 20-CONVERSATION BLITZ

Alright producers…

It’s DAY 20.

That means we are TWO-THIRDS of the way through this challenge.

And today?

I don’t want another cute graphic.

I don’t want you spending 45 minutes picking a font.

I don’t want you rearranging your bio.

Today we’re doing something that can actually put people in your pipeline.

WE’RE TALKING TO 20 DAMN PEOPLE.

Yep.

TWENTY.

Welcome to the 20-CONVERSATION BLITZ.

TODAY’S CHALLENGE

Your goal is to start or continue 20 REAL CONVERSATIONS.

And before y’all start copying and pasting:

“Hey, I do taxes. Do you need a preparer?”

to everybody you’ve known since kindergarten…

NO.

These should be REAL conversations.

Your 20 can come from:

People already in your lead tracker.

People who engaged with your tax content.

People who watched or replied to your Stories.

People who asked tax questions.

Old clients.

Warm leads.

People you’ve been meaning to follow up with.

People referred to you.

People in your personal network.

People you met locally.

Your goal is simple:

START TALKING.

HERE’S THE DIFFERENCE

We are NOT sending 20 random sales pitches.

We’re creating 20 opportunities for conversation.

You could say:

“Hey! I’m checking in with a few people as I get ready for tax season. Have you already decided who you’re filing with this year?”

Or:

“Hey! I remember you mentioned needing a tax preparer this season. Are you still looking?”

Or:

“Hey! You asked me about taxes a little while ago, so I wanted to check back in. Did you ever get your question answered?”

Or for an old client:

“Hey! I’m getting everything ready for the upcoming tax season and wanted to check in with you. How have you been?”

Make it sound like YOU.

Human first.

Business second.

YOUR GOAL IS NOT 20 CLIENTS TODAY.

Listen to me.

If you contact 20 people and don’t book 20 clients, that does NOT mean this challenge didn’t work.

We’re looking for:

Responses.

Interest.

Questions.

Referrals.

Follow-ups.

Hot leads.

Future clients.

INFORMATION.

Because you cannot build a pipeline if you’re scared to talk to people.

TRACK EVERY DAMN CONVERSATION.

For today’s blitz, keep count:

People contacted: _____ / 20

Responses: _____

Tax conversations: _____

Interested: _____

Moved to HOT: _____

Follow-up needed: _____

Referrals generated: _____

New leads added: _____

Clients committed: _____

And update your lead tracker while you’re doing it.

Don’t tell yourself:

“I’ll update everything tonight.”

Update that shit while it’s happening.

AND DON’T ONLY MESSAGE THE EASY PEOPLE.

You know what I mean.

Don’t pick your mama, sister, cousin, best friend and 16 people who already know you’re doing taxes just so you can say you completed the challenge.

WORK THE PIPELINE.

Go back through your tracker.

Who haven’t you followed up with?

Who engaged but never took the next step?

Who said:

“Hit me later.”

Well…

HELLO LATER.

YOUR PROOF

Do NOT post people’s private conversations.

Come back and report your NUMBERS:

20 conversations completed: YES/NO

Responses: _____

Tax conversations: _____

Interested leads: _____

Hot leads created: _____

Follow-ups scheduled: _____

Referrals: _____

New leads: _____

Clients committed: _____

Then answer:

What surprised you most after reaching out to 20 people?

And:

Which conversation has the most potential to turn into business?

TODAY’S POINT

Complete all 20 conversations + update your tracker + report your results:

+1 POINT

BRITNEY SAID MOVE

Oh, we’re already doing 20 and you thought I wasn’t gonna add some foolishness?

If you complete your 20…

Go find 5 MORE.

That’s 25 total conversations.

Complete all 25:

+1 BONUS POINT

Don’t do the extra five until the original 20 are DONE.

NOW HERE’S THE BUSINESS LESSON.

Some of y’all keep thinking you have a CLIENT problem.

You might actually have a CONVERSATION problem.

If you’re talking to 3 potential clients a month…

Why are you expecting 50 new clients?

The math ain’t mathing.

More visibility creates more opportunities.

More conversations create more leads.

More follow-up creates more chances to convert.

And yes, you still have to provide good service once they become clients.

But first…

SOMEBODY HAS TO KNOW YOUR ASS EXISTS.

Today we’re creating VOLUME.

Not spam.

Not desperation.

VOLUME.

Twenty conversations.

Twenty opportunities to learn something.

Twenty chances for somebody to say:

“Actually, I do need somebody this year.”

We’re on Day 20 now.

The training wheels are OFF.

DAY 20 STARTS NOW.

Put the Canva down.

Open your lead tracker.

And go talk to some damn people.

🚀 GHL Agency Owners & AI Experts — I Need Your Real-World Numbers!

I’m working on a service package that includes:

🤖 AI Receptionist / Voice AI
💬 Conversation AI / Chat Widget
⚙️ Automation — SMS, email, follow-ups, reminders, etc.

I’m trying to calculate the actual monthly delivery cost + profit margin before offering this to clients.

For those currently using these features in live client projects, could you please share:

  • 🎙️ Voice AI: Cost per minute?

  • 💬 Conversation AI: How is it charged — per message, conversation, or usage?

  • 📱 SMS: Current cost per 1,000 messages?

  • 📧 Email: Current cost per 1,000 emails?

  • 💰 What is your average monthly AI/usage cost per client?

  • 💵 Do you charge clients fixed monthly + usage, or offer an all-inclusive package?

For example, if a client uses 500 Voice AI minutes + 1,000–5,000 chat interactions + SMS/email automation, what would your approximate monthly GHL/AI cost be?

I’m using the $97 GHL plan and want to understand the complete cost → pricing → profit calculation.

🔥 If you’re already running this in live client accounts, please share your actual numbers/experience. It would be extremely valuable!

Thanks! 🙌

Most portal logins say "enter credentials." This one says "your claim is being handled."

Roofing client portal, custom-coded: the roof plan drafts itself, a CAD crosshair tracks your cursor in feet and inches, form fields highlight the part of the drawing they describe, and a cross-section builds layer by layer as you type. Sign in and a plotter sweep drops an APPROVED stamp.
