How Are GHL Agencies Managing User Access and Security Across Multiple Sub-Accounts?

John Ogden · 2026-10-22T23:05:24.626Z

Question for GHL agency owners managing multiple sub-accounts: How are you currently keeping track of user access, administrator permissions, and security changes across all your client accounts? For example, if an employee or contractor leaves, how do you make sure their access gets removed everywhere? Or if someone is given administrator privileges, how do you know about it? Are you handling this manually, using GHL's existing tools, or using something else? I'm researching how agencies handle security oversight as they grow and would really appreciate hearing what works and what doesn't. Not selling anything — genuinely interested in how other agencies manage this.
