Less than 30 days ago, I started studying and creating a GHL profile focused on real estate agencies and architectural project developers. I’m making good progress, but I have a question I haven’t been able to solve yet.
I’m setting up a specific bot for a real estate development, and I want the bot to be able to send the floor plan and render of a specific apartment via WhatsApp/SMS when a client requests information about that particular unit.
In the bot’s knowledge base, I’ve already uploaded PDFs with the apartment floor plans. I also uploaded a table with the information for each unit, although I did not include images of the floor plans or renders in that table.
My question is: does anyone know how I can make the bot automatically send the floor plans and renders via WhatsApp for the apartment the client is asking about?
I was able to save the apartment information, along with the floor plans and renders, as a preconfigured message to be sent manually when a real person is speaking with a client. So I’m not sure if the solution would be to create an automation so that, when the client requests information about a specific apartment, the saved message that already contains the corresponding floor plan is sent automatically.
